Select dates and request
Select pickup and return dates, review the price, booking payment and deposit, enter your contact details and submit your request.
Wait for confirmation
The shop reviews and approves requests. Sign in and open My bookings to track your request. If a booking payment is required, follow the shop’s payment instructions.
Pay and collect
Pay according to your rental type and the shop’s terms. Have your documents checked, sign the paper agreement, inspect the car and collect it as arranged.

Is a request a confirmed booking?
The shop must review and approve it first. Sign in and open My bookings to track your request.
How do I pay?
Pay cash or transfer through the shop’s stated channels. Staff confirm actual funds received. Submitting a request does not charge you automatically.
What should I bring?
Bring identification and your driving licence for inspection. Sign the paper agreement and inspect the car together. Ask the shop about additional documents.
